Big or small – we do it all.
From overgrown lots to large-scale land clearing, we bring the right equipment and the right experience to every job.
Services We Offer
Forestry Mulching
Forestry mulching is one of the most cost-effective ways to clear your property — no hauling, no burning, no mess. Our mulching machine grinds trees, brush, and vegetation right into the ground in a single pass, leaving behind a natural ground cover that protects your soil. It’s fast, efficient, and affordable for both residential and commercial land clearing projects.
Dozer Services
When the job calls for it, we bring the dozer. We specialize in clearing and maintaining fire breaks on timberland investment properties throughout Alabama, and we’ll bring dozer equipment to larger clearing jobs or any site where the customer wants the ground scraped back to bare dirt rather than leaving a mulch layer.
Brush Cutting
Brush cutting is ideal for properties where you need underbrush cleared without disturbing the surrounding ground or soil — especially useful on wet or sensitive terrain where a full mulching machine isn’t the right fit. It’s a precise, low-impact solution for overgrown brush and light vegetation.
Bush Hogging
Bush hogging is most commonly used as a follow-up service after a mulching job — once new growth starts to re-establish, we come back through and knock it down. We also offer bush hogging as a standalone service. If you just need your property bush hogged, give us a call — we’ll get it done.
Demolition
Need a structure removed? We offer full demolition services for abandoned homes, outbuildings, and other structures. Our service includes complete teardown, concrete slab breaking, and full haul-off — leaving your property cleared and ready for whatever comes next.
We show up, we get it done, and we do it right.

Why Forestry Mulching is the Smarter Way to Clear Land
Not sure if forestry mulching is right for your project? Here’s why it’s become the go-to method for land clearing across the South:
No burning, no hauling
We grind everything on-site, leaving behind a natural ground cover that actually improves the soil. No smoke, no dump fees, no mess to deal with later.
Protects the soil
Unlike traditional clearing methods, forestry mulching leaves the topsoil intact. That means less erosion, better moisture retention, and a healthier foundation for whatever you’re building or growing next.
Fast & cost-effective
One machine does the work of an entire crew. That means fewer hours on the job and lower overall costs compared to conventional land clearing methods.
Better for the environment
Mulching reduces habitat disruption, keeps root systems in the ground, and eliminates the air pollution that comes with burning. It’s the low-impact way to get a high-impact result.
Works on virtually any terrain
Wooded lots, steep hillsides, wet ground, tight spaces — forestry mulching equipment can get in where other machinery can’t.
Controls invasive species
Mulching gives your native vegetation a fighting chance. By clearing out invasive growth and returning nutrients to the soil, you create the conditions for healthier, natural regrowth on your property.
Whether you’re clearing for a new build, improving pastureland, creating firebreaks, or just reclaiming your property from years of overgrowth — forestry mulching gets it done efficiently, cleanly, and affordably.

Frequently Asked Questions
Forestry mulching is a single-step land clearing method that uses a specialized machine to grind trees, brush, stumps, and vegetation directly into the ground. Instead of cutting, hauling, and burning, everything gets mulched on-site — leaving behind a natural ground cover that protects the soil and looks clean when we’re done.
Mulching wins on just about every front. It returns nutrients directly back into the soil, helps prevent erosion, and eliminates the need for costly haul-offs or the hassle of on-site burning. It’s faster, cleaner, and in most cases more affordable than traditional land clearing methods.
Forestry mulching is primarily designed to handle underbrush and smaller vegetation, but in many cases we can take down trees up to 8 inches in diameter. Hardwood trees are a different story — they’re extremely tough on the equipment, so we generally steer away from mulching those. That said, it’s always worth a conversation. We can usually work out a plan to get them removed one way or another.
Our general recommendation is to let the mulch decompose naturally back into the ground. Once you start to see new growth reaching about a foot high, give us a call — we’ll come back out and bush hog the area at a reasonable rate. Depending on how thick the mulch layer is, it typically takes one to two bush hogging sessions before the ground can be maintained with a regular lawnmower or small bush hog. We’ll walk you through what to expect for your specific property.
It depends on the size and condition of the property, but forestry mulching works fast. Many residential jobs can be completed in a single day. Larger acreage jobs may take longer — we’ll give you a realistic timeline estimate when you get your quote.
Light brush, heavy brush, dense woods, small and large trees, overgrown lots — if it’s growing where you don’t want it, we can clear it.
